Short Bio

Dr. Dindar received his BSc in Civil Engineering at Yildiz Technical University, Istanbul 1999, MSc in Structural Engineering at Istanbul Technical University, Istanbul 2002, and PhD in Structural Engineering at Bogazici University 2009.  Ahmet Anıl Dindar is an Associate Professor in the Department of Structural Engineering at Gebze Technical University and vice director of GTU-MARTEST research and training laboratory. His research focuses on earthquake engineering, seismic performance assessment, structural health monitoring, nonlinear analysis of reinforced concrete structures, and vibration-based evaluation of civil infrastructure. He has worked on analytical, numerical, and experimental studies related to seismic design, structural monitoring, and risk assessment of buildings and urban systems.
